Broker Noah Rosenblatt of UrbanDigs is full of market optimism on a Friday afternoon. We love a good market chart, so let's take a look. Rosenblatt's argument: that the Manhattan market so far in 2012 is the strongest since 2007. Deals are happening, with 1,298 signed in May, and there's not a lot of new inventory popping up to take the place of the sold stuff. Rosenblatt's takeaway isn't a totally surprising one from a broker: sellers should list now, while people are in buying mode and there isn't a ton of listing competition.
