After five years of planning from overlord Trinity Church, the rezoning of Hudson Square is set to enter the public review process Monday. The rezoning covers 50 acres stretching between Sixth Avenue and the Hudson River to the east and west and between Houston and Canal streets to the north and south. For perspective, that's an area twice as large as Hudson Yards and three times the size of Columbia's Manhattanville campus. [NYO; previously]
