Olivier Sarkozy has been migrating slowly downtown in order to be closer to his much-younger girlfriend Mary-Kate Olsen, and the Frenchman has finally settled into a 4,200 square foot townhouse at 123 East 10th Street. The townhouse is one half of a 146-year-old set of James Renwick-designed twin homes that have been on the market for years before Sarkozy scooped one of them up near the last asking price of $6.25 million, according to the Post. Sources told the Post that Sarkozy bought the home because he and Olsen "like that it is old." If he starts catching her admiring more modern residences, Sarkozy should probably start worrying.
