Oh, Kent Swig. Our favorite bucket-battered landlord is trying to evict one of his tenants, FiDi bar/restaurant Demi Monde. Swig alleges in a court complaint that Demi Monde's owners have never paid rent, which was $12,500/month from October 2011 through March and then $12,719/month thereafter.
