Developer the Brodsky Organization is busy remaking the block surrounding Chelsea's General Theological Seminary, after the seminary sold off a few buildings in a quest to remain solvent. And our tipline is abuzz this morning with Brodsky's latest activity: there is officially signage up at 455 West 20th Street. And a teaser website! The building's one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos will start at $2.2 million. Move-ins are set to begin in fall 2013. What will the interiors look like?
