Maybe Tiffany & Co. should prepare some little blue boxes for the residents of 104 Wooster Street, who've filed a lawsuit against construction on the company's Soho store. The construction is "an intolerable burden" on the condo residents, they allege, due to "excessive noise?noxious fumes, dust, vibrations, fire alarms, [and] loss of water." Oh, and the store allegedly knocked down a wall and widened a door they weren't supposed to touch. [NYP]
