MIDTOWN?It's been more than a year since we discussed 1717 Broadway, a pair of Marriotts in one 67-story building. Well, that building topped out yesterday, with all kinds of celebratory concrete-pouring and flag hoisting and folding. FLATIRON?The McKim Mead and White building at 110 Fifth Avenue is headed for an interior makeover courtesy of Moed de Armas & Shannon. The building is sometimes called the "Judge Building" because it was the headquarters of Judge, a weekly magazine published in the 19th century. [CurbedWire Inbox]
