After spending all of 19 days on the market, the 6BR, 4BA townhouse sold to a couple from Philadelphia for $5,325,000. Hopefully, they have a kid or two, because, as many commenters were quick to point out when we featured this place a few weeks ago, the building is right across the street from an elementary school. And we wouldn't want that treehouse to go to waste. Anyway, this is basically just an excuse to drool over the enormous kitchen and original woodworking one more time.
