Architect Ready for Another Red Hook Fixer-Upper?

RED HOOK?German architect Thomas Warnke sold his carriage house on Dikeman Street because "he wasn't attached to the property." It appears he then went on a quest for a new place to become attached to: a tipster points out that he purchased 161 Coffey Street earlier this summer. There's no listing, just the above photo from Google Street View, and it "seems there might be red hook renovation redux afoot," guesses our tipster. Indeed, DOB records suggest a renovation in progress. [CurbedWire Inbox]
