Sales Officially Paused at Manhattan's Wackiest Condo

New, 1 comment

Oh, Madison Jackson, we hardly knew ye! Manhattan's weirdest condo officially hit the market in July, asking between $496,936 and $1,003,275. But sales are already on hold, broker Michael Bolla tells the Lo-Down?because some people actually want to buy the whole building. That's?not what we were expecting to see happen here. (Reminder: this is the building with vegetarian organic room service, organic laundry services, a yoga studio, and a heated indoor saltwater pool.) Whoever buys the building could continue with the current sales strategy, take the building rental, or go higher-end with the unit layouts. Any bets?
