Greenpoint's Transmitter Park officially opened this weekend, after several years of construction and months of angering the neighbors by being almost but not quite done. (A few of them even broke in.) Curbed photog Will Femia stopped by for some photos of the 1.6 acre park, which includes a playground and a still-not-open pier. Bonus: a view of the Pencil Factory.
