Things are moving full speed ahead on Williamsburg's latest giant generic residential development on Wythe Avenue. A reader sent us this photo of the lot at 204 Wythe between North 4th and 5th Streets (taken yesterday), and it's all poured concrete and bristling rebar. Someday soon this will be a low-rise 157-unit hive of residences, and people will wax nostalgic about the nondescript carpet warehouse that gave its spot in Williamsburg so that a new building could rise slightly.
