Here now, From Curbed Marketplace, highlighting an intriguing real estate listing from the many thousands of properties found in the Curbed Marketplace. Browsing the Marketplace and spot a property worthy of being featured? Send it to the tipline.

Designed and built-out by an unnamed architect, this 2BR/2BA Chelsea loft on West 25th Street is asking $1.895 million for 1,475 square feet, plus an additional 500-square-foot private walled terrace. It has 11 foot ceilings and a flexible layout, as the second bedroom could be used as a study with sliding doors (see the two floorplans after the jump). Custom design elements include dark oak floors, professional lighting, and a "Venentian plaster wall." The brokerbabble also name-drops a slew of brands that may tickle the fancy of design nerds, but mean little to us: "Sub Zero, Built-in Bosch oven & dishwasher, Alpes Inox Italian gas cooktop, Gaggenau hood, Valcucine cabinets & limestone counters. Baths have Dornbracht/Duravit fixtures" and "Zuma soaking tubs." The building has a keyed elevator, bike storage, and what looks like a shared rooftop deck in the listing photos, but is not mentioned in the actual listing.
