The Skinny: This is an opportunity to live a dual life in your own home. During daylight hours one inhabits a large spacious loft. In the evening, one retreats to one of two rather small bedrooms reminiscent of your salad days in the East Village. With all that common living area space, one could probably throw a great East Village party, like you lived in a commercial for some name brand liquor. But then you're stuck with just one bathroom, and that can make for an uncomfortable line environment at your party.
