A tipster sent us this photo of construction materials being lifted into the Hotel Chelsea, whose renovation continues during a recent lull in community board meetings and court hearings regarding the Gene Kaufman/Joseph Chetrit joint project to infuriate bohemians. According to a prior post in the Hotel Chelsea blog Living With Legends, "Unoccupied apartments are having the interior framing, steel bracing, and sheetrock installed to hide the new electrical wires and pipes."
