Slope Brownstone With a Backyard Sells for $3.45M Ask

New, 6 comments

After just three months on the market, the four-story brownstone at 167 6th Avenue in Park Slope sold for its asking price, $3.45 million. The renovated home was featured in the Journal, which noted its unusual 1,760-square-foot lawn that the owners created by combining backyards with the neighbors. Before the previous owners and the extensive renovation, the home claimed fame as the setting for the "Squid and the Whale" movie by Noah Baumbach. You can check it out in the listing gallery above.
