The trio of Henry Street townhouses next to our old friend the Amity Street Horror, aka the Lamm Institute, may just be getting started, but the Horror's other neighbor, 120 Amity Street, is complete and being lived in. The lot at 120 Amity was part of the original Lamm Institute package, and it was sold to a Brooklyn Heights resident in 2010. BKSK Architects designed the new single-family townhouse. [Brownstoner]
