Guggenheim Bigwig Sells Tribeca Penthouse for $6.3 Million

New, 4 comments

One would think that a high-powered art industry expert would have a starchitect or two attached to his pad, but alas, this 4,450-square-foot Tribeca penthouse, previously owned by Guggenheim senior adviser and former director Thomas Kren, had to stand on its own. Clearly, this worked. New owners Andrew and Alison Isaacs scooped up the well-lit space for $6.3 million, reports the Observer. Listed with Corcoran, the 4BR/3.5BA loft at 45 Warren Street has 22 foot ceilings, large skylights, three levels, and lots of windows. The second-level master suite has a balcony overlooking the main living space, plus an outdoor terrace. There's another, larger terrace on the third floor, wrapping around the studio.
