FINANCIAL DISTRICT?The MTA has issued an RFP for the master lease of the $1.4 billion Fulton Center. The longterm lessee would manage the 70,000-square-feet of retail in the center's three buildings: the new, oculus-topped Fulton Building, the landmarked Corbin Building at the corner of Broadway and John Streets, and the Dey Street Headhouse and Concourse. Proposals are due November 2, and a developer will be chosen in the first quarter of next year. [MTA]
MIDTOWN?It will be a few years before we're catching trains in Moynihan Station, but here's your chance to get a first look at the transformation of the old Farley Post Office building. Next Thursday, Google Plus is sponsoring a hard-hat tour with the minds behind the project. You can take part for free if you write 25 "new, high quality reviews" of New York places on Google+ Local, which sounds like a lot of work for one tour. But hey, maybe you're really, really into post-office-to-train-station conversions. [Curbedwire Inbox; Google+]
