So far, the average sale price is $4,060,000, and most of the recorded sales are right in line with asking prices. (Unit #4C sold for $2,611,811, 3.9 percent over its asking price.) One of the building's apartments, which hasn't yet closed, is already available for rent at $7,900/month.
