Two Trees management wants to extend West End Avenue down to 42nd Street, changing the name of 11th Avenue. Why? They seem to think that West End Avenue's cachet (West End Avenue has cachet?) will help the Mercedes House, which is located at the not-very-happening corner of 54th Street and 11th Avenue. [NYO]
