New, 1 comment

GREENPOINT?Mayor Bloomberg, Marty Markowitz, and the Parks Department held a ribbon cutting ceremony today at Transmitter Park, patting themselves on the back for the $12 million makeover to the waterfront green space. Perhaps they weren't invited when the 1.6-acre park actually opened more than two weeks ago. [Curbedwire Inbox]

CLINTON HILL?Corcoran announced that all 63 units in the Isabella condominium at 545 Washington Avenue have sold. The 7-story building has apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, plus a fitness center, landscaped roof, and indoor parking. Sales began in March 2011, and the largest unit, a 1,656-square-foot 3BR with a terrace, sold for $795,000.
