We told you before that you could boat on the Newtown Creek without actually boating on it, but it turns out that you can boat on the creek in a real boat, if you have boating experience. The Newtown Creek Armada is seeking volunteers to help pilot the artists' video-equipped miniature boats, and they are in need of experienced canoers to brave the polluted water to guide the mini ships.
