A tipster let us know that the one and only Palazzo Chupi has "re-upped on the Pepto Bismol paint." The sands of time had gradually lightened the Chupi's c. 2007 vibrant pink to a "dusty Venetian rose." We wondered whether that lighter color had actually been Julian Schnabel's master plan, but then the building was shrouded in scaffolding, and it seemed further changes were in the works. We swung by the building for a look, and it appears the hot pink/Pompeii red has returned. Chupiriffic!
