The brokerbabble for this 3,540-square-foot Tribeca 3BR, just listed for $5,995,000, begins: "A comfortable elegance pervades in this prime Tribeca Warehouse loft where lounging with a good book rules." Woah, wait a second. Are they trying to say that this apartment is a great place to read books? Know where else is a good place to read books? Anywhere. That's kind of the thing about books. "Lounging with a good book rules" in a 200-square-foot studio, too—although, to be fair, in a tiny studio apartment you'd have no room to display all the books you finished reading, so what's even the point? That's not a problem in 155 Franklin Street, which boasts a "Library [that] features floor-to-ceiling bookshelves." Wow! This is really shaping up to be the perfect apartment for all you book junkies out there! It's weird that there are no pictures of the library, though, unless...they couldn't mean that singular bookshelf in the corner of the living room, could they? Nah. There's probably some huge library somewhere that they just forgot to photograph, with endless space to shelve all the classic books: War and Peace, Harry Potter, uh...that movie The Da Vinci Code was based on a book, right?
