Nation's First Passive House Condos Hit the Brooklyn Market

New, 3 comments

The passive house condos at 96 St. Mark's Avenue in Prospect Heights, supposedly the first in the United States, are officially on the market (h/t to Brownstoner). The four-story building has four units: a 3BR/2BA on the first floor and three 2BR/1.5BA units on the upper three floors. The 3-bedroom is asking $1.4 million, while the others are listed for $829,000. The ground floor has an adjoined patio, and the other three have private space on the roof. All of the interiors have eco-friendly features like light fixtures from Restoration Hardware and high-efficiency lighting and HVAC systems, plus they have a pre-wired entertainment system and a basement storage locker.
