MIDTOWN?Speculation about the future tenants of One57 is fun, but getting to see the Central Park views from the top of the 1,004-foot tower is even more fun. Michael Rossi, co-founder of real estate firm Elegran, recently got to do just that. Elegran posted the sunset-colored photo on their blog and kindly passed it along. [CurbedWire Inbox; official]

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS?The Barclays Center was not the only place celebrating a ribbon cutting this morning. The Bronx Community College unveiled its new Robert A.M. Stern-designed North Building and Library. Jeffery Povero, who was the lead architect on the project while he was at Stern, sent over a few photos, saying "This is a pretty big deal for CUNY, the Bronx and for community colleges in general." The building gives the campus 15 new classrooms, an "information commons" with 182 computers, 25 group study rooms, a research library, and more. [CurbedWire Inbox; official]
