The controversy that never ends at the National Arts Club continues with still more legal action, this time from Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. He's suing former arts club president O. Aldon James "for years of self-dealing and mismanagement that resulted in more than $1.75 million in lost income to the institution," according to a press release. Part of that lost income comes, the suit claims, from the apartments and offices James and his brother took over, since those spaces otherwise could have earned the club at least $1.5M in rental income.
