You may have heard that Brooklyn got a new basketball arena. It's called the Barclays Center. It was designed by SHoP Architects, made possible by a guy named Bruce Ratner, and took nearly nine years to build. It has a rust-colored facade, a crazy light-up oculus, a shiny new subway station, a club by Jay-Z, and a lot of people have opinions about it. It opened last Friday, and here now, we bring you 43 photos inside the 675,000-square-foot arena that will be christened this Friday.
