More drama at Domino. A judge dismissed the Katan Group's lawsuit against CPC Resources, Inc., Katan's partner in the development. Katan is trying to stop the sale of the Domino site to Two Trees Management, but the judge threw out the suit for a slew of reasons, including "breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith," and because Katan "did not have right of first refusal on the property, a contract provision that was not a part of the second operating agreement."
