Three companies have been shortlisted to operate the observation deck at 1 World Trade Center. Those operators: Legends Hospitality, which runs foodstuffs at Yankee Stadium, Montparnasse 56 USA, a French company that runs other observation decks around the world, and Shake Shack's Danny Meyer, who bid in partnership with Canadian company GSM Projects. The observation deck will include some kind of food option as well as private event spaces. Our vote, like Eater's, goes to Meyer, even if he doesn't ultimately bring a Shake Shake to 1 WTC.
