This three-story townhouse was purchased earlier in the year for a combined $930,000, swiftly converted from a two-family to a one-family, and re-listed yesterday for $2,975,000. The new renovations to the 3,000-square-foot house include herringbone floors, a finished basement, and a very landscaped back patio/garden. Everything looks very shiny and new, including the large first-floor bay window and the marble fireplace. It appears that someone really knew what they were doing here. The kitchen, however, is not pictured, somewhat disconcertingly. It would be a shame if the house didn't contain an acceptable place to cook some food, because even the back yard looks clean enough to eat off of.
