The National Arts Club is getting its house in order—identifying new possible revenue streams, ending freebies at its Gramercy Park HQ—but it still hasn't resolved the matter of the ousted club president and friends living in club apartments next door. A state appellate court hearing is scheduled for next week to determine whether former club president and admitted hoarder O.
