432 Park Avenue, the city's future tallest building, is still in the totally imaginary, pre-groundbreaking stage, so hey, why not raise those imaginary prices? The Observer digs up slightly higher than reported prices for the building: $5,800/square foot on average, compared to the previously-reported $4,500/square foot. But, neener neener, One57 remains pricier thanks to its incredibly expensive higher floors. [NYO; previously]
