The city has granted its thumbs-up to a plan for the Hotel Bossert. The plan?which required approval from the Board of Standards and Appeals?will change the certificate of occupancy to allow for hotel and commercial use. (The building previously belonged to the Jehovah's Witnesses.) The hotel, set to reopen in the summer, will return the building to its original use, though with developer Joseph Chetrit as part of the team, it probably won't be quite like the original. ['Stoner; previously]
