How Much for a 1BR Co-op on the Upper West Side?

New, 25 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/where: 1BR/1BA co-op on the Upper West Side
Square feet: N/A
Maintenance/CC: $1,329
The Skinny: Since the UWS is so large, we'll give a bit more info about the location: the co-op building is north of 72nd Street, south of 96th Street, and less than two blocks from Central Park. Now, on to the apartment! It has a renovated bathroom, hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, and a windowed eat-in kitchen with a lot of counter space. The pre-war building has an elevator, live-in super, storage space, and pets are allowed. There's no square footage on the listing, but the floor plan lists some room dimensions so you could estimate. How much do you think the seller asking?
