In fact, a penthouse in the building just sold for $2.725 million, a record for Brooklyn Heights at $1,482/square foot, according to a press release. The penthouse in question appears to be #PH5A, which was asking $2.85 million for 1,839 square feet, 3BRs, and 2BAs, so the buyer still got a small slice off the price.
