Full Floor Trump Palace Pad Wants $17 Million for Six Balconies

New, 14 comments

You know it's going to be a good floorplan when the brokerbabble immediately starts going on about the eastern and western wings. Gut renovated two years ago by architect Russell Piccione, this 4,000-square-foot 4BR, 3BA condo in Lenox Hill's Trump Palace hit the market a few days ago with an asking price of $16,950,000. It features a 450-square-foot living room with three exposures in the western wing as well as a mirror image 420-square-foot dining room/library in the eastern wing, and so many other rooms that it doesn't know what to do with all of them—a mostly doorless offshoot of the living room is labeled the "music room." In addition, there are six balconies. It's not all good news, though: the monthly fees total $14,425, which should be a major sticking point for any prospective buyers.
