A widowed, cancer-stricken resident of white glove Central Park South co-op the Berkeley House is claiming that her landlord is trying to force her out of her rent-controlled apartment by allowing it to deteriorate into a "deplorable" state. Marilyn Wolff's family owned the building for decades and when she negotiated its sale in the 70s she added the apartment into the deal. But now: "For what I'm paying, it's not even worth it.
