Preservation Watch

The Landmarks Preservation Commission will spend an unusually long chunk of tomorrow's meeting?two hours, according to the agenda?discussing the proposed renovation of the New York Public Library. The agenda mentions a discussion only of rooftop mechanical equipment, window replacement, and the modification of the loading dock gate, but given the amount of time blocked out for the item, this discussion could become heated.
