Good news for fans of Walker Tower and its architect, Ralph Walker: the other Walker-designed Verizon tower headed for a condo conversion, 435 West 50th Street, just got another cash infusion. The building has received a $45 million construction loan from some banks ready to get back into Manhattan real estate lending. Condo sales will launch sometime in 2013, and the pricing will be as high for Hell's Kitchen as Walker Tower's was for Chelsea. [WSJ; previously]
