"Still seems rather expensive on the high end of the scale even for the 'affordable' units considering the size. If these tiny units at market rate are going to rent for 2-3k, it seems to be an exercise in futility. I had thought these were supposed to be inexpensive enough to keep young single people in Manhattan.
