There were a lot of guesses, but no one got the correct price for this week's PriceSpotter, a one-bedroom unit located in the Chelsea Gardens co-op at 250 West 24th Street. The asking price is $809,000, which works out to $980 per square foot. The closest guess was $825,000 ($777K if we're playing by the Price Is Right rules), and there weren't any strong opinions about the place, although one commenter did get very excited about the bathroom and kitchen having windows. Built in the late 1930s, Chelsea Gardens is a 254-unit cooperative divided into four buildings that share a large garden. Now that you know where this 1BR/1BA is, will it fetch its asking price?
