Herzog & de Meuron Miami Renderings; China In Coral Gables

The latest from Curbed Miami, our outpost in the "Sixth Borough"...

1) Sunny Isles Beach: By now word's out that Herzog & de Meuron are doing an oceanfront condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach, a.k.a. Palm Beach for Russian oligarchs. It's been shrouded in secrecy, but finally somebody leaked some renderings.

2) Coral Gables: A rare house in one of Coral Gables' historic themed villages has hit the market for just under $1 million. What theme? Chinese. Does it feel like living at Epcot? Ehhh, okay maybe.

3) Downtown: Everyone's obsessed over the new Zaha Hadid tower that Miami's getting (and New York isn't) down to the itty-bittyest detail. It will be 706 feet tall. Yep, that's all we know. Salivating yet?
