Renderings Unveiled for Toll Brothers' 160 East 22nd Street

New, 15 comments

The signage at 160 East 22nd Street is rather cagey about the building's look, revealing only a fragment of an architectural detail. So the full rendering, above, was a particularly welcome arrival to the Curbed inbox. The 21-story building, on the lot where Kaish & Taub once planned The Thing That Ate Gramercy, will have 81 condo units. The pricing hasn't been finalized yet, but reps tell us the building will hit the market next month.
