Five Years Later, High Line 519 Penthouse Still Needs a Buyer

New, 7 comments

According to Streeteasy, PHB in architect Lindy Roy's High Line 519 sold in 2010 after being chopping from $5.65 million to $4.65 million over the course of two years. That sale may have fallen through, though, as no closing price was ever recorded, and now the 2,665-square-foot, 3BR, 2.5BA penthouse is back, "sponsor owned," for $4.95 million, awkward layout and all (the private elevator opens right into the master bedroom.) Still, the apartment does offer 1,100 square feet of roof deck from which to yell at tourists. It appears to have been rented intermittently over the past five years, most recently for $14,950/month.
