After two and a half decades, an ocean front development in Brighton Beach is finally being finished. The project wasn't stalled or delayed, instead developer Jason Muss simply watched the market with patience and finished what his father started in 1986. Muss is building the 16th and final tower of the 924-unit Brighton by the Sea. The 59 new units will sell for $740,000 to $1.7 million, much more than the $150K to $300K that was charged when the condo complex first opened. [WSJ]
