The mini condo building at 137 Franklin Street is nearing completion, with the latest construction photos from New York YIMBY showing a facade that pretty much perfectly matches what we saw in the renderings. Designed by StudioMDA and developed by Brandon Miller, the building has just three units, all duplexes, and only one remains available. It's a 3000-square-foot, 4BR/4.5BA sponsor unit on the third and fourth floors that's listed for $6,950,000. The loft has 30 windows, a private elevator entrance, a gas fireplace, 8-inch white oak floors, a humidification system, and it's pre-wired for fancy entertainment systems and automated everything. The kitchen and bathrooms are finished with Bulgarian white limestone and carrera marble, and there's a large laundry room.
Sadly, there are no photos of the interiors, but the floor plan for this unit is below.
