50 Bond Street's Third Floor Takes Its Turn for $5.85 Million

The lofts at 50 Bond Street have been selling from the top down this past year. The fifth floor went for $6.1 million in June 2012, and the fourth floor sold for $5.65 million at the end of December. Now the third floor is ready to compete with its higher siblings, asking $5.85 million. The brokerbabble calls the place "low key and high style" and "elegant and functional." We prefer the look of floors four and five?the third floor sways a bit too far toward the "low key" and "functional," perhaps?but there's certainly something to work with here. Predictions on the ultimate price?
