FINANCIAL DISTRICT?Platinum Properties compiled an end of year market report for the Financial District, highlighting the fact that the market stayed strong despite Hurricane Sandy's impact on the neighborhood. Inventory dropped a bit in November and December saw a 2 percent dip in rental prices, but for the most part, the market followed 2012 trends.
